| Hello dear Community.
I am very impressed by this programe and downloaded it immediately after I saw several youtube videos. Thanks for the programer for this macterpiece. It's really something worth to buy a new Latop.
So my old Laptop isn't capable of starting it and I decided to buy a new one.
I need a recommondation.
My suggestion is this:
Acer Aspire 7750G-7671675Bnkk 43,9 cm (17,3 Zoll) Notebook (Intel Core i7 2670QM, 2,2GHz, 16GB RAM, 750GB HDD, AMD HD 7670-1GB, Blu-ray, Win 7 HP)
Is this Laptop capable for Space Engine?
I am willing to buy a 1000 Euro Laptop.
Thanks for respond and any advice.

| Welcome!
I'd say that laptop is capable enough to run Space Engine! My system is weaker than that and Space Engine runs beautifully! With that much RAM and video memory you'll have no problem at all! Although you might want to mess around with drivers a bit after you get it, it can change things dramatically. But that's more software support, the hardware is fine.

| well if you consider that im running just fine SE with intel core 2 duo 3.00, ati 5850 (1GB) ram 4gb @LOD0+1 that should be beyond capable
Remeber the most important thing that SE needs is VRAM
Off topic : but why you considering to buy a laptop instead of a desktop , and with less money you can build a better rig

Intel Core(E6850) 2 Duo 3.00 GHz \ Geforce GTX560 1024MB \ 4GB 667(MHz) 2 Channel RAM \ Windows 7 (32bit) \ Samsung SA700D 120hz (3D)

| I have a laptop with these specs: Core i5 2.27 GHz, 8 Gb RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730 with 1024 Mb VRAM SE runs fine on it as long as I use it for developing of SE together with NVidia desktop.
