Hyperdrive speed changes with reference body

Hi! I'm having a bug with the ship's speed when the hyperdrive is on and the reference body changes. It actually bothers me a lot because i prefer manually travelling with the hyperdrive instead of using the fast travelling. Could you please fix it for the next version or is it a hard problem?
