Problem with saving any type of data in space engine.

Anything I save in the game is deleted when I close the game. Per example I save locations, and the next time I enter the game the locations are gone. I change the volume of the music and when I restart the app it reset to the standart volume. I also downloaded all the textures of all the planets, and when the app is starting it shows before the app is open "mars textures are loading, earth textures are loading etc", or "Compresing textures FOR THE FIRST TIME", even if i have opened the program for the 20th time. And when I try to see the new textures, they havent changed from the original ones. And this happens every time. Anybody knows how to fix this problem?

Try installing SE into a non-restricted folder like your desktop or documents. I suspect that you installed SE into an area that requires admin privileges to work correctly. You could open as admin however you'd have to do that everytime.
