| I just got the game, and everything is going fine except that I can't actually see planets, only their atmospheres. This applies to planets, stars, and asteroids. Does anyone have any ideas?
SYSTEM SPECS: OS: Linux Mint, running SE through Wine Computer: 21.5" late 2010 iMac Graphics: ATI Radeon 4670 256MB
I realize that it's a miracle that I could get as far as I did, but the game isn't really playable without this one key feature.

| I think it's because you have only a very little amount of video memory on your graphics card. It's recommended to have at least 512.

| Quote ethantheepic42 ( ) any kind of solution
Upgrading to a faster GPU with more memory.
You can't expect anything worthwhile off of a $35 GPU.
After a bit of research you may be able to upgrade iMacs but the GPU you have on a Windows PC is $35, on a Mac it goes for $130. Best recommendation is to stop using overpriced Apple products if you want to do high performance games, unless you like Macs and have thousands of dollars laying around.

| I've had this mac for 5 years, as soon as I have money and/or a valid reason to get a new computer then I'm switching to a PC.
