| I think, it could be a problem with monitor. Probbly, it has a low dynamic range near black color.
Have you tried to look at the same pictures on different monitors / video cards?
Also, it could be a problem with dynamic range near black and white on some NVidia cards, when you plug monitor using HDMI.

It's not exactly a monitor problem. Screenshots don't capture what the monitor is showing, they capture what the graphics card is displaying.

| Also, I've downloaded attached PNG file and investigated pixels in red area (on my monitor all of them looks like black). But color shows values arownd black: (0, 0, 0) - black, (1, 1, 1), (0, 2, 1)...
So, if monitor shows black color as black, but color just a bit father from black, like (1, 1, 1), looks like gray, it is a problem with monitor, or interface between video-card and monitor, or in video card settings, like color correction, gamma-correction and so on.

| Ok, so you guys were talking about the monitor. I remembered that mine has several option for display like brightness and contrass and some presets. I had mine in Game Mode which makes it a lot brighter. I've put it to Standard Mode and the problem is gone. 
I guess the reason of some people not being able to see it was that also.
