Galaxies not generating - procedural is enabled

| Hi, have a bizzare issue just come up.

I swear to you, procedural options are all enabled - i haven't changed any settings in options, unless i accidentally hit a keyboard shortcut.
Basically i have the galaxies i have already visited, So Milky way, Andromeda & Triagulum... + the Magnellic clouds. However Outside of that, the universe is completely void.
I have tried deleting the cache folder but it did not rectify. Hoping to avoid a full reinstall?

| You have auto galaxy magnitude turned off. Press F7 and turn it on.
