| As you can see, I'm just having a bad luck/incompetence streak here. This only popped up today. Nearly all galaxies I visit are very low res, and with some (S0 type) galaxies, there are even black boxes around them! Also, they contain no stars, and in the info page, the stars, nebulae, and cluster parts don't have any numbers to indicate. Please help!

| Have you tried any of the options in the OP of the troubleshooting thread that's stickied?
Also, you could have just posted in the troubleshooting thread rather than a new one.
