Problem with hyperbolic trajectories

So I decided to follow comet C2012 E2 (SWAN), which is the fastest sub-stellar object I have discovered in the game. Naturally, I decided to see what would happen if I followed its hyperbolic trajectory, and at .652 parsecs, its mesh disappeared. In trying to find the exact date in which that happened, time went both negative and positive in the year range, and by itself, randomly went forwards and backwards beyond my own control. It also doesn't help that the comet is the fastest sub-stellar object I have discovered in the game (going over 8 AU in a day, grazing the Sun in less than a half an hour).

I have no idea if it happened due to the date itself, or if it left the Solar Gravitational influence and glitched out, or if it simply was "dark" to the point of having no light sources, so the game switched the mesh off.

Anyway, I am watching this invisible comet very slowly leave the Milky Way at maximum time.

As with spacecraft, there is a distance from a star beyond which meshes are not rendered.

That's why the comet disappeared, but I can't account for your other issues!
