Is time the 4th dimension as described by George from the Time Machine where one can move forward or backward just like in the other dimensions.

Does the past still exist and can it be visited or is it all gone?

They claim they can time travel and are a member of the time travel research association.

No. Time is a component of a four-dimensional non-Euclidean construct known as spacetime.

Time travel into the past is not possible. You can, however, 'travel into the future' at a different rate than someone else, via time dilation effects, which are real.

Find me a claim about their 'time travel research' that is posted in a peer reviewed journal. Good luck.

In most cases, the facts about physics that the more evident and the well-accepted were discovered false : space and time linearity, constant mass, non-ubiquity... So why not time travel ?

But in today's most well-known theories (general relativity), time travel is considered as impossible.

I do not believe in this, it is impossible for now, who knows what will be later

If it's reviewed by "peers" in "Time travel journal" or whatever, I'm sure it'll get published.

If we could find a gravitational lens that bends light precisely straight back to us, we could in theory see our own past, but it seems unlikely ever to find that offering the needed resolution...

Time, as you experience it, is an illusion. If what you want to travel in doesn't exist, then you can't, can you?
