| Quote Watsisname ( ) The geometry reminds me of a hyperspherical mapping, like in Jenn3D. Finally, the forum *SpaceEngine* can *smell* the *colors*! It is now time to *party* with us until the never *time*!
Careful. The PLATT Collective has spurs.

| I finally got around to watching the Doctor Who chrismas special. I thought it was pretty good and spectacular. The regeneration was especially great and very touching.
And now we have to wait until August for more Twelfth Doctor.
I occasionally stream at http://www.twitch.tv/magistermystax. Sometimes SE, sometimes other games.

I watched half of it, my brain can't stand that much information... bzzz *explodes*
(also, try to pause it, sometimes you can feel like it's slowly zooming out, nice optical effect!)

| Yeah, I thought the whole scene was pretty fantastic. I think I like it better than Ten's regeneration, though that was done well too.

| Fireworks? I haven't bought that in many many years. First, it's best from a slight distance, i.e. everybody else's fireworks. Second, fog is the rule here. Visibility this year was about 50 m. Just like last year.
Here's a photo taken at midnight:
Digging a bit in the archive to find a fogless year, here's what it would have looked like if it wasn't for the fog:
They're taken precisely in the same direction.
