The geometry reminds me of a hyperspherical mapping, like in Jenn3D.

Finally, the forum *SpaceEngine* can *smell* the *colors*! It is now time to *party* with us until the never *time*!

Careful. The PLATT Collective has spurs.

Mein Führer, ich dachte du tot waren. Polen hat in die Hände gefallen. Und Ihr Schnurrbart erst von Tag zu Tag mehr herrlich. Google Translate wahrscheinlich geschlachtet diese Übersetzung.

I finally got around to watching the Doctor Who chrismas special. I thought it was pretty good and spectacular. The regeneration was especially great and very touching.

And now we have to wait until August for more Twelfth Doctor. cry

I watched half of it, my brain can't stand that much information... bzzz *explodes*

(also, try to pause it, sometimes you can feel like it's slowly zooming out, nice optical effect!)

Yeah, I thought the whole scene was pretty fantastic. I think I like it better than Ten's regeneration, though that was done well too.

Fireworks? I haven't bought that in many many years. First, it's best from a slight distance, i.e. everybody else's fireworks. Second, fog is the rule here. Visibility this year was about 50 m. Just like last year.

Here's a photo taken at midnight:

Digging a bit in the archive to find a fogless year, here's what it would have looked like if it wasn't for the fog:

They're taken precisely in the same direction.
