| Quote DoctorOfSpace ( ) How long until someone makes an addon for this new exoplanet?
Until we know the exact details of the planet: size, mass and it's orbit.

Yeah, i saw it now today.
It's plenty of information here: http://kepler.nasa.gov/Mission/discoveries/ On that, we can add all the 5 planets in the Kepler-186 system. All of them are Earth-sized. Tha largest one is only 40% larger than Earth, the smallest one is exactly the same size as Earth, only 7% larger.

| Quote He's telling you to search for a thread to make your post in, not to search specifically for Kepler 186 f. Also, it's probably not a great idea to backtalk a moderator when he reminds you of the forum rules.
I know, and I'm sorry.

| SpaceEngine can't model thick atmosphere. The better solution is model them as small gas giant, with atmosphere model starting at level of say 10,000 bar, and maximum pressure what any ship can sustain is 1000 bar. So no one can land on its opaque surface (atmosphere code required opaque surface).

| Okay, I know Average American Joe understands miles and probably not AU, but can they really not just say "20% farther from its star than the Earth is from the Sun?" No, let's use miles and then get it wrong by a factor of a million.
