Rightly so, I suppose. However, it would probably be nice if the authors of localizations could have access to the new releases a couple of days before they went live in order to make sure everything is properly translated and in the right places.
Otherwise, "translation bugs" can only be corrected after the release.
Which is probably no big deal, if there's no problem in rebuilding installers and stuff.
They let me use this!
