| warning! this will replace the gliese 581 system
This is just a replacer for the Gliese 581 star its quite unrealistic and its still WIP this is my first time modding so this is basically my test subject for my learning and just screwing around with options Etc. you'll probably find things interesting wierd or totally "WTF that makes no sense" if know a lot of stuff about astronomy etc. anyways enjoy!!
download is at the bottom of this thread with all the picture attatchments
did this all in notepad++ great tool!
FOR THOSE WHO SEE THE REGULAR OLD GLIESE 581 SYSTEM and cant see mine:
to activate this mod go to universe.cfg in your config folder and look for: PlanetsCatalogs // planets catalogs, and the enter somewhere under it "data/catalogs/planets/Myplanet.sc" with the quotes around it.
i will upload pictures of the solar system...
just a heads up: some of the pictures of the planets in mine may look different from yours I've edited alot of scripts involving the terra_height_gsl file or whatever its called to make hills and mountains really big.
