| Quote HarbingerDawn ( ) That's a lot of hard work, awesome!
You have no idea! I had to redo the positioning on the whole thing several times for so many stupid reasons, many of which were my own fault. I'm really glad you like it!!!
Quote HarbingerDawn ( ) Would you mind if I integrated some of this into the main pack and tweaked it?
Absolutely no problem whatsoever! Nice job on the tweak.
I've been meaning to reggest/suquest a "chemical" engine effect to Space Engineer, which fans out like thrusters do in real life in 0 atmosphere:
I have some groovy ideas for the SSMEs (and I have an ET and SRBs converted and stacked with your shuttle, I just need to solve some texture issues), but after all the toil on the thrusters, I haven't been arsed implementing them - shouldn't take long, though.
Quote HarbingerDawn ( ) A small teaser for things to come smile
Nice work! I started adding the Draco RCS thrusters to Dragon V2, but I ran out of steam. While doing that, I realised the model isn't terribly accurate - unsurprising given how soon after the announcement event ZLSA made it. I may have a source on a better one, if the creator is cool with it, but it will need textures and some model work to add the docking port.
My modelling skills are very rusty, but if I find the motivation, I think I can churn out a reasonable iLids docking port. Of course, with the new Z-buffer, the urge to include an interior increases... that would be challenging:
If you're interested in collaborating on either of these, add me on Steam and we can wag chins. And type. Probably just type.

| Quote Destructor1701 ( ) I've been meaning to reggest/suquest a "chemical" engine effect to Space Engineer, which fans out like thrusters do in real life in 0 atmosphere: I've already suggested that to him, I'm sure he'll get around to it (eventually). I also suggested something far easier for him to do, which is to allow custom engine shaders, that way you can test shaders and develop new ones without replacing the existing ones.
Quote Destructor1701 ( ) While doing that, I realised the model isn't terribly accurate - unsurprising given how soon after the announcement event ZLSA made it. Yes, the model has significant issues, the biggest one being that it's stretched by 25% compared to the real thing. I have corrected for this and updated the textures already with the release I'm working on now, including adding bump and spec maps, and adding a heat shield to the model. I also added the SuperDraco and Draco exhaust effects. And added a docking port now that docking is implemented.
