Is it possible to decrease terrain noise?

Hi,

In latest version I am having some stuttering while flying very low close to the ground. LOD 0-1

It's not happening when I fly relatively away from the planet.

I was wondering if there is a way to edit and decrease terrain noise when flying close to the ground and if that might help to improve performance?.
