| Yes. Space Engine is on PC. Donating to be available on Linux and PC. But Would it Be Great to Have it on Consoles? There are Three Chocies for You: Yes, No and No Decision.
I understand more about the universe, at 10, than others could in a lifetime. …and yet, there are days where tying my shoe is extremely difficult. I don’t mean to be annoying, I’m just a 10 year old with autism.

| We had a discussion about consoles before and even with the current controller support I will keep my vote on no.
Xbox would be out of the question without a full engine rewrite because it uses D3D and not OpenGL. WiiU is fairly weak and the targeted audience of the Wii is not an audience who would be interested in SpaceEngine besides a few individuals making such an investment not worthwhile. The only option left would be PS4 which could potentially work but would require SpaceEngineer getting his hands on a PS4 developer console and dedicating large amounts of time getting it to work and this would inevitably affect the PC side of things.
SE should stay on PC where it can keep advancing, stay mod friendly, take advantage of advances in hardware, and eventually be ported to Linux and Mac.

| Consoles? Absolutely not. Consoles are upgrade unfriendly, mostly backwards incompatible, and time and again, it's been proven that the PC versions of multi-platform games are the most beautiful. Besides, the interface alone for a clunky console controller would make me weep.
This game was designed for the PC and should absolutely stay on the PC.

| My guess is that both of the consoles would struggle to run SE if that was even possible on the XB1.

| In principle - YES! Space Engine should be available one ALL the things! But the way things really are, I don't want to bog down poor old SpaceEngineer trying to develop something for consoles when it's hard enough getting it to work on PCs. So at least for the near future I say leave the consoles alone and focus on getting everything running on PCs first.

| I agree that Space Engine should be available to explore on all platforms, Especially with education in mind. Keeping it with the PC/Mac/Linux platforms should be priority first. Worry about porting to console at a later time after the project is finished.

| The Xbox one and PS4 would be able to run Space Engine just fine at 1080p. I'm running Space Engine very well with only an ATI Mobility Radeon HD5870 1gb, 6gb of ram, and an i7 q720 @1.6ghz
