I've noticed people posting the planets and stars they go to. However I don't clearly see a way to go there myself.

For instance, how would I travel to RS 8403-196-8-9440274-91 6-6.1 or RSC 8549-0-0-0-8552 6 ?

When I press F3 to go there, it says these objects are not found.

Different versions of SpaceEngine do not always have the same generation code, so if a planet exists in one, it is not guaranteed to exist in another.

What if its in the same version of Space Engine? Is there a way to travel to these places based on the generated ids?

Then you can - you just have to put the ID into the search box and hit enter. If it's typed in correctly it should select the target.
