how i can know when i go to a planet, which pole is the north?

Go to debug mode when you are landed on the pole. If the engine load "pos_y", you can consider you're in the north.

Press Ctrl-O, and you can see a bunch of arrows. Long white arrow strings together the planet is the polar axis. The end with arrowhead is a north pole.

BTW, you must not create a thread for a single question.
