As I understand it, the reason that SE doesn't work on Intel is because of limitations with Intel's video drivers, which renders Intel chipsets incapable of doing what SE requires. In addition, the high system requirements to run SE, due to its demanding engine, mean that any computer that meets the other requirements to run SE will almost always have proper graphics hardware (an AMD or Nvidia GPU) anyway. Given those two factors, it is very unlikely that Intel support will happen.
