If it hadn't been for the fact this system has a White Luminous Supergiant in it, I'd have never found it.
It has a black hole and a red giant orbiting each other, which isn't that terribly odd. However, they're in a paired orbit with something that seems highly improbable: a black hole, in a binary orbit with a pair of black holes!

The star appears to actually exist, but I did not find any mention of it being in a system with four black holes... bug, possibly?
