Data on the last screen doesn't refer to posted Terra! I should had payed more attention and give You full data including distance to host star. Can't check it now, but I assure You it's much shorter than 800AU! Moreover it would be impossible to keep a planet in such a distance (orbit) by orange (or yellow) dwarf, don't You think?

| Yes, any star like our sun would have a hard time holding on to a planet that far away, but the point of this Challenge is to find the "Furthest habitable terra from it's star" so we need to look around the biggest stars in the universe i think
Not sure if we will find it around the biggest or the brightest star though, because we need a very massive star to hold a planet that far away, but it also needs to be very hot and I'm not sure it the biggest giants are hot enough to keep warm a planet so far away
Bets anyone? Lest's find them

| ^It's probably the blue giants that will have the farthest habitable planets. They are both very massive and very bright (though not the biggest, as the red giants are easily larger), so they can have planets even beyond the limit of about 1000 AU where SE doesn't make them any more, and can warm them very far out too. So in a sense, it's the brightest stars, not the biggest, I expect.
I occasionally stream at http://www.twitch.tv/magistermystax. Sometimes SE, sometimes other games.

| But at 0.08 atm - or using the units given in the text - 60.8 mmHg, could you really call it habitable? Good luck with sunburns, too- especially near perihelion.

This terra orbits almost 1000 AU away from it's parent star. I would say, it's somewhat habitable. A bit hot, so you'd need to live near the poles. And the low gravity would be awkward. But hey, it's not entirely uninhabitable.

This picture should answer that question.

| Quote (anonymousgamer) This picture should answer that question. Well, habitable by humans is what was meant by that. There are forms of life than can survive in environments that would kill humans immediately. This challenge is about finding worlds that could readily accept human habitation.

And I did, look at the previous picture.
Although, I would rather not live there... but still, it's habitable.

I think we both confused ourselves.
I was referring to the other picture (not the 0.05 atm planet) which does qualify as a habitable planet, as a response to your Quote (HarbingerDawn) This challenge is about finding worlds that could readily accept human habitation.
