Got some anomalous green moon.

That I had also some time ago.
Look here.

Are these green spots sandstorms?

Quote Alek ()
It's just that the atmosphere is low enough and the base ground is high enough that the only place you can see the atmosphere is in deep craters.

Quote JackDole ()
You're right. It is a 'Greenworld' model. The atmosphere is just 5.7 km of high, but has a pressure of 145.4 atm.

Don't forget to look here.

Can anyone explain the small black spot with two small lines protruding from it on the first image, and the green spot in the second?

grisha512, the first one is one of those bugged volcanoes, with black dot being the crater and the lines supposed to be a lava streaks. The second one seems to be really tiny aurora over the pole of the planet, in green tones.

Oh, thanks!

Well yes it is O.o

I found this incredibly compact system consisting of a neutron star and two brown dwarfs. The closer brown dwarf has a semimajor axis of just 1.5 million km while the farther one orbits at 0.07 AU. Could a brown dwarf form from the supernova gasses like this?

Interesting binary system with 3 planets with life, 1 orbiting the barycenter, 1 orbiting the main star and the other is actually the moon of a gas giant.

ice giant 'moon'.

Let's put it this way: A tiny ball of rock, with a super thick atmosphere.

I found a Y-class brown dwarf orbited by a bunch of scorched worlds... I don't think it's tidal heating, because one of the planets in the system has a comet tail due to how much mass it is losing.

Some images:
Of the planet with the comet tail (up close)

Of the planet with the comet tail (far away, to get a nice view of its tail)

Of the parent brown dwarf

Of another planet in the system

The only light in the system appears to be coming from the comet-tailed world, not the parent Y-class.
What could be causing such a phenomenon?
Location:

System Coordinates: RS 8476-1353-8-10944056-660
The version this system was found in was 0.9.7.4 RC2! It might not be compatible with previous or future versions of Space Engine!
