The universe is not required to be in perfect harmony with human ambition.

CPU: Intel Core i7 4770 GPU: ASUS Radeon R9 270 RAM: 8 GBs

it's been a long time since i last shared pictures but i took a few the other day and i wanted to share them

a Venusian-esque planet, boiling in it's stars rays.

a dark planet floating in a purpley-pink mist

the swirling clouds of a gas giant floating in the void

Space is big. Really big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind-bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist, but that's just peanuts to space.

Somehow, organic life is able to withstand temperatures twice that of boiling water. both marine and terrestrial life exist here.

Repla 971

A few pictures of a not very nice planet. Created with an older version of Space Engine (0.971).

By the way, the planet has an ESI of 0.964.
