That looks awesome, spacer. It looks like the lens flare is really a galaxy jet or something.

arturuniverse, how did you get the color quality in those images? Are you using ReShade?

Used the standart image editor:

You guys should learn how to make use of smileys, if any.

Statements are funny enough on their own...

Living among the stars, I find my way. I grow in strength through knowledge of the space I occupy, until I become the ruler of my own interstellar empire of sorts. Though The world was made for the day, I was made for the night, and thus, the universe itself is within my destiny.

Mosfet, that is an awesome shot. Do you happen to have the name of this place?

Alek, my guess is that what is considered by someone inherently funny, in an international forum like this, may be misunderstood by others with variable knowledge of the subtleties of english language and this article partly explains it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emotions_in_virtual_communication
That's why emoticons were invented in the first place, and why forum users generally should consider its use before hitting the "send" key. wink

ProximaCentauri, unfortunately I didn't save the exact coordinates of the shore, the place is HIP 17332 8.2, but be warned that I cheated smile
Following a post where Chesley Bonestell was mentioned, I tried to convey a "Bonestell feeling" to it by changing with Shift-F2 the brightness of the rings, and the appearance of mountains in that rather plain satellite. Also I changed slightly the orbital inclination, since usually for those satellites it's nearly zeroed.

Trying to portray the Enterprise getting a big dose of gravitational boost from a slingshot (using Impulse Drive only) at just the right tangent to a 'beasty' that happens NOT to be currently eating up stuff...
