Because of Space Engines procedural generation, there are so many stars there can be amazing and extremely rare finds or "abnormalities" which would be awesome to find, such as extremely rare 20+ life systems with gas giant moons. Or extremely unique planets, pentuple+ star systems, large and very dim red giants, stars with only asteroids, or any other unusual find that could be rare or important, etc.
I'm going to be doing a minor scan of certain parts of the milky way every day and I'll write down any interesting or unique finds as I check a certain number of stars while traveling through a small section of the milky way.
I encourage you guys to try and do this at least once a day and post your results, maybe we could find something really cool.

Galaxy Scan Journal:
Day 1:
Beginning Location:
Began scanning inwards towards galaxy center at slow pace.
Found a 4 life system at RS 8404-319-9-3225517-6
Day 2: Found another 4 life system at RS 8404-100-9-47925015-136, slightly farther away there is a brown dwarf with 3 Oceania type planets with life. Then a system with 8 gas giants. First "Important" discovery, found extremely small terra (3000 km diameter) with life. named SST I
Day 3: Didn't find very much, extremely few terra's with life, a few super cold oceanas with life but did find one alive system, with one living main planet and a cool pink planet.
Day 4: Didn't find much, found a very neat terra with life with a smaller terra with life moon around it at:
Day 5: Many terra moons with no life. Found an interesting Terra with life that has an extremely small amount of water on it:
