Amazing terra with some tricks up its sleeve

a terra with multicellular life,two (five if you count asteroids) moons, and one of the moons has life too

this planet could totally have intelligent life,the only thing holding this back is the lack of a global ocean,but maybe there would be other mechanisms that control the climate?
