| Hello, everyone. I've been flying around in the Milky Way, when I suddenly saw this Thing:
What in the Name of Sanity is this? Is it a Catalog Error? A special Class of Star?

It is Gliese 891 (HIP 114411)
It is supposed to be a red dawf, probably catalog error, SE says it is 51.1 ly away from Earth

| Thanks Nol, I don't know a great deal about SE, but I unpacked the catalog and searched the files for the stars name but found nothing :/

| I dont want to believe its an error though :p
The star itself looks creepy. Like it pressed B when it was gonna become a black hole. and the scarier thing is that the class says: Unknown.
Man this is just messed up.
I cranked the bloom down and then...
after this I just left the system because this is just no.

| Yep. Looks like a bug. That said, it'd be really neat if someday SE had real "anomalies" of this sort programmed in. Like every once in a while you might run across a weird green star or ring-shaped galaxy or something.

| In SE 0974 this error is corrected.
Don't forget to look here.

| I just realized that this thread is originally from March. Kind of interesting that it resurfaced on Halloween, though xD
