Ok, you're right about eccentricity, but since locked rotation is the more stable state, wouldn't also eccentricity also eventually disappear? Our moon has locked rotation, still a slightly eccentric orbit, but I assume that it will take much longer time to approach a circular orbit since the friction from varying distance is less.
I was replying to smjjames' comment that the tidal forces and seismic activity have got to be intense. That would require a very eccentric orbit when the rotation is locked, and wouldn't that itself be unlikely because the rotation is locked?

Not necessarily, especially if there are interactions with other massive bodies in the system (look at the Galilean satellites, for example). Even a small eccentricity can lead to great tidal stresses. And if the eccentricity is high enough, then an orbit-rotation resonance other than 1:1 could actually be preferable (for example, Mercury).

Missed your second post somehow, but yes that second one doesn't exist either as there is no 1530####
It probably has other names next to it, could you list those?
Edit: I googled the second one and it's a red giant star in the Ophiuchus constellation. Maybe I can do a search in the SE catalog index file.
Edit2: Not there either, could you make a screenshot with the HUD?

| The closest orbit i've seen ever is WASP2B. Which is orbiting so close to its star it is litterally getting ripped apart.
Aliens, heh. Who would've thought? One day were Causing wars and another day were finding earths!
